From Smith Sombo

Good day,

My name is Smith Sombo, the son of Mr, Sumana Sombo of Zimbabwe. It might be a
surprise to you where I got your contact address; I got it from the refugee camp
when i was searching for a honest person to handle this for me. Don't be worried
because I am contacting you in good faith.

During the crisis against the farmers of Zimbabwe by the supporters of our
President Robert Mugabe to claim all the white owned farms in our country, he
ordered all the white farmers to surrender their farms to his party members and
their followers. My father was one of the best farmers in the country and
knowing that he did not support the President political ideology, the president
supporters invaded my father's farm and burnt down everything, killed him and
confiscated all his investments.

Before this unpleasant incident, my mother and my father had already visited
Cote D'ivoire & Ghana to deposit the sum of Fifteen Million, United States
Dollars ($15M) in the safe vault of a Security Company in Ghana. This action was
taken because my father felt the growing tension on the farm issue but I guess
he never anticipated the tragedy that brought his brutal and sudden death. But
we want to let you know that we are in Ghana at this point in time to get the
transfer done without any body knowing about it.

At the time of deposition, the real content was not disclosed to the security
officials; instead, it was deposited as Family Valuables? Valued for the real
content in the consignment. After the bloody incident, we all had to escape out
of our country for the safety of our lives. We seek refuge in Ghana and we were
permitted to reside here as Political Refugees under section (5.9).

Because of our present and unpleasant status, my mother and I are seriously
looking forward to having an overseas partner that will assist us with the
convenient and legal transfer of the funds out of Ghana. If my proposition is
considered.

for assisting us to transfer this money to your country, we will offer you 25%
of the total fund, and 5% will be set aside to cover any expenses incurred
during this transaction. 70% will be for my family to buy shares in your country
and investing in your country under your
supervision. I would appreciate confidentiality and honesty in our
correspondence. Your immediate response will be highly welcomed. All documents
backing the funds are with us but all that we need from you is to see that you
assist us to receive the funds.

I await your urgent reply.

Before his death, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit this money to a Security and Finance Company. This money was deposited in a box as a gemstone to avoid much demurrage from the Security Company. It was also earmarked for the purchase of new machinery and chemicals for the farms and to establish new farms in Lesotho and Swaziland.

In his WILL he specially drew my attention to this sum of US$18Million (Eighteen Million United States Dollars) that he deposited in a safe box in a private Security and Finance Company here in Johannesburg, South Africa.

From the above, you will understand that the live and future of my family depends on this money as much as I will be very grateful if you can assist us. We are now living in South Africa as Asylum seekers and financial laws of South Africa does not allow Asylum seekers certain rights to such huge amount of money. MODUS OPERANDI IN ZIMBABWE

see attached bellow.
From Rex Ndaba
Tel:+27 735 977 077
Email:ndabarex@yahoo.com.hk
Johannesburg -
South Africa

GREETINGS"

You may be surprise to receive this letter from me since you don't know me
personally. I am. RexIndaba the son of Dr. SIMON Indaba who was recently
murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe.
I got your contact through Network on line in my search for a reliable and
reputable person to handle this transaction which involves a transfer of fund to
a foreign account in this regard
I and my family decided to write you since it has been a thing for us to invest
in your country my late father was among the few black Zimbabwean rich farmers
as well a politician murdered
in cold blood by the agents of the ruling government of president Robert Mugabe.

For his alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party
controlled by the white minority. Before his death he had taken to Johannesburg -
South Africa to deposit the sum of
US$ 20 Million (twenty million United States Dollars) with a Security and
Finance Company as if he foresaw the looming danger in Zimbabwe.

The money was deposited in a box as family valuables to avoid much demurrage
from the Security Company. This money was embarked for the purchase of new
machinery and chemical for farms and
the establishment of new farms in Lesotho and Swaziland.

This land problem arose when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land act
that wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few blacks vehemently
condemned the "modus operandi"
adopted by the government. This resulted to rampant killing and mob action by
the war veterans and some political thugs. Precisely, hundreds of people have
been killed.

Heads of governments from the west, especially Britain and United States of
America have voiced their condemnation of Mugabe'splan. Subsequently, South
African Development Community (S.A.D.C)
has continuously supported Mugabe's new land act, it is against this background
that I and my family who are currently residing in South Africa have decided to
transfer my Father's money into a foreign account. As the eldest son of my
Father,

I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where
this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government who are
tactically freezing our family
wealth and South Africa's government seems to be playing along with them.

I am faced with the dilemma of investing this money in South Africa for fear of
encountering the same experience in future since both countries have almost the
same political history. More
so, the South African Foreign Exchange policy does not allow such investment
hence I am seeking for a business minded person whom I can entrusted the future
of my family into his hands, I
must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free and the nature of your
business does not necessarily matter.

For your assistance, we are offering you 20% of the total sum,70% for me and my
family while 10% will be mapped out for any expenses we may incure during this
transaction. We wish to invest
our money on commercial property based on your advice. Finally, I will demand
for assurance that you will not sit on this money when it finally gets to your
personal or company's account in
your country. If this proposal is acceptable by you,

please confirm your interest via my phone number-27-73-597 7077or you reply
through the above email.

Best Regards.

Hello Dear,

You may be surprised to receive this letter from me since you do not know me personally, but for the purpose of introduction. I am SUNDAY MAKONI the son of Mr ROBERT MAKONI,who was murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe.I got your contact from the South Africa Information Exchange (S.A.I.E) here in johannesburg and I decided to write for your assistance.

My late father was among the few black Zimbabwean rich famers murdered in cold blood by the agents of the ruling Government of President Robert Mugabe for his alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party controlled by the whites.

Before his death, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit the sum of Eight Million,United States Dollars(US$8 Million), with the Security and Finance Company,as if he for saw the looming danger in Zimbabwe. The money was deposited in a box as consignment to the security company to avoid seizure, and also to avoid much demurrage from the security company. This money was earmarked for the purchase of new machinery and chemicals for arms and the establishment of new farms in Lesotho and Swaziland.

This land problem arose when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land Act, which wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few blacks vehemently condemned the "Modus Operandi" adopted by the Government, that resulted to rampant killings and mob actions by the war veteran and some political tugs.Precsely, more than thirty-one(31) people was killed.

Heads of Government from the West, especially Britain and United States of America have voiced their condemnation of Mugabe's plan. Subsequently, the South Africa Government Community (S.A.D.C) has continuously supported Mugabe's new land reform Act. It is against this background that I and my family whom are currently staying in South Africa have decided to transfer my father's money into a foreign account. As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking a genune foreign account where this money could be transfered without the knowledge of my government who are tactically freezing our family wealth and the South Africa Government seem to be playing along with them.

I am faced with the dilemma of investing this amount in South African for fear of seizure and encountering the same experience in future snce both countries have almost the same history. Moreso, the South Africa Foreign Exchange Policy does not allow such investnment since I am an asylum seeker.

As a businessman who I must entrust my future and that of my family on his hands,I must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk-free.Therefore,if you accept Us we are willing to offer you 25% Of the total investnment in your country. If this proposal is acceptable to you, call me, but you should know that this business is highly confidential and shall be kept within yourself.

Best regards
SUNDAY MAKONI
